When do you need a Deed of Variation?

You may have an existing contract in place that requires amendment, especially if the contract was made a long time ago. There are many reasons to change terms within a contract. Circumstances from a typographical error, a provision that is no longer relevant or required, a provision that needs to be replaced or added which was not known at the time of signing the contract.
