After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your advice (for a contract review) via the Client Portal within 2 working days. For specialized contracts or templates the delivery time will be dependent on the type of contract and the work that is involved. Once payment has been received, you will be contacted by the lawyer working on your contract to discuss delivery times.
If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your contract review or contract creation request falls outside the scope of a standard contract review or standard contract template, Interpret Contracts will contact you to advise you of this and offer to send you a quotation for the scope of work (taking into account the amount that you have already paid) or offer you a refund. If you choose to be refunded, Interpret Contracts will refund the amount paid to the credit card which you used to make the payment. Interpret Contracts will attempt to refund the money to you in a timely manner but due to external circumstances beyond Interpret Contract's control (e.g. how long it will be held in your nominated bank account before it clears) the money will be most likely refunded within 5 business days of the initial transaction being made. If for any reason you do not receive the refund within this time frame, it is your responsibility to contact Interpret Contracts at email@example.com as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
